Your new furniture will be delivered by our professional, experienced furniture delivery team. To keep costs reasonable, it is a “one-man” service and they may need assistance to unload larger items. Some smaller items may be delivered by courier.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all of our items are supplied fully assembled. Very large and awkward items (e.g. beds, wardrobes etc), may be delivered in sections to enable them to fit through doors or up stairways and will therefore require minimal assembly by you.

We fully appreciate and understand that buying an expensive item online can seem daunting. This is why we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Please see our terms and conditions for full details, but put simply if you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days to let us know and we will collect your item and refund you.

Delivery varies from item to item, but typically you should allow two to three weeks (although it is often much sooner)

Delivery is FREE!. This does not include delivery addresses outside mainland UK. Furthermore, certain areas of the UK (Scottish Highlands, Devon and Cornwall etc) will be subject to a £25 surcharge.
